Calculate the performance score for each of the three carriers resulted in the following scores for Allied Transport, Bestway, and Certaint.
Allied Transport has a score of 89, Bestway Freight has a score of 75, and Certaint Carriers has a score of 75.

To answer which carrier would to recommend that Bob consider for elimination and Why? I would recommend Bob eliminates Certaint Carriers because their on-time delivery is the lowest of the three options.

If Bob decides to keep all three carriers, what should each of them work to improve is an easy question to answer. Allied Transport should improve its loads rejected. Bestway should improve its loads with damage claims. Certaint should improve its customer satisfaction ratings.
