Ask each of the following questions:
1. Why are you interested in working as a Team Leader for Target?
I’ve worked as a member of various teams to accomplish various tasks. I always work hard to stand out from the group and naturally find myself in leadership roles, whether it’s a school project and I’m coordinating when our business group will meet, or whether it’s in the workplace helping others, not for personal gain, but so the members of the team realize, just that., that we are a team and we need to help one another out
this opportunity gives a great chance to use my experience and abilities and to develop a solid team
2. What experience of you have that is related to this job?
In college managed a small coffee house. My grades in college reflect a long-term dedication I have to accomplishing a long-term goal I set. I learned to never settle for anything less than my best.
